Cristina Tangorra

Cristina graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology in 1994. She started her career as an HR consultant identifying, engaging, selecting, and onboarding candidates. From 1999 to 2015 she joined Randstad as Division Specialist dealing with Headhunter and Diversity and Inclusion consultancy activities. After 16 years of experience in a large Multinational Company in 2015, she moved to the HR Consulting services joining MCS, where she is focused on recruitment and human capital projects. Since 2018 she has also been involved in training, career consulting.

Cristina is enrolled in the order of Psychologists of Lazio.
