Fabio de Luca
Founder of the Connectance network (2015), after having worked for Pfizer for 9 years as a Sales Trainer, since 2010 Fabio has been a Trainer & Coach in the area of Corporate Training, Business, Coaching and Process Consulting.
He uses different metaphors of experiential training: business theatre, archery, geocaching, orienteering, volleyball, rugby, small technique, sailing. During these 15 years he has been involved in the design and implementation of innovative and experiential training courses in Managerial Development, aimed at employees, middle managers and executives, on:

- Communication, sales techniques, Public Speaking

Fabio is an expert in the management and facilitation of change management processes, through the aid of various tools:

Fabio has thus trained over 10,000 professionals in Italy and in Europe and has specialized in the use of different classroom methodologies that vary according to the desired result: dynamic classroom, where you can experience learning through the outdoors training, the team workshop, videos, brainstorming and case histories aimed at reducing resistance to change.
