Martina Tik joined the Talentor consulting team in November 2019 and has 20 years of experience in consulting in the executive search, potential analysis, assessment center, outplacement, and coaching fields. She has taken on various leadership roles with a focus on organisational development, processes, and IT as well as the role of senior consultant in the recruitment and selection of experts and leaders; she has comprehensive expertise in the IT, telecommunications, industry, and FMCG sectors. Martina’s expertise, client orientation, sincerity, and flexibility benefit both clients and candidates equally.

She studied Commercial Sciences, speaks German and English, and has had additional training in many fields, such as Systematic Coaching.
